✤ Terms and Conditions ✤
✤ Commissions are done either through KoFi or through filling out the Commission form
depending on which is open.
✤The form is only active for a set period. If it is closed you'll have to wait for the next comm opening. I don't have a wait list as people get flighty and cancel orders more often. Inquiries are always open through e-mail though
✤Please check your email semi regularly for updates, sometimes comms take far too long simply because people don't respond for weeks and it creates an unnecessary backlog.
✤ Have an idea ready with some references. Ideally have a mood board, face references, outfits, general vibe, poses expressions etc.
✤ Comms can take from two to six weeks from the time i get to them, I will e-mail you when i do. I do comm work as an addition to my other workload so my time frame is never really concrete. It can also take me a while to get to a comm so be certain that you want to commission me.
✤ I try and follow requests as much as possible but I will take a certain amount of creative freedom when coming up with ideas, compositions etc. Look at my socials and KoFi to get an idea of the variety of my work and how different styles look.
✤ I am pretty liberal with revisions and i send progress pictures regularly. If however there are major changes in the middle or near the end of the comm there will be charges based on what the changes are
✤ If there is a time limit on the commission I will charge an extra amount based on on the timeline and complexity of the piece
✤ I reserve all rights to the commissioned pieces and unless otherwise stated I am allowed to use your commission in my portfolio and on my socials.
✤ These are personal pieces only. For commercial use you can contact me and we can work out all the details that way.
✤ I can refuse any commission for whatever reason
✤ Illustrations that don't fit the specified tiers on my KoFi are priced on agreement through e-mail
REFUNDS: I give partial refunds depending on how much work has been done and full refunds before I have started your comm (within a reasonable time frame)

OC’s (Dnd, Dragon Age, Bg3, Pathfinder etc.)
Half beast creatures like centaurs, satyrs etc.
Nymphs, faires, animals
cyborgs and half mechanical beings
Partial nudity/Artistic nudity
fanart of characters from media I know (the usual suspects but check with me if you’re not sure)
Won't do:
NSFW/Sexually explicit content
Full on mechs
Full on beast races
Anything furry related
Real people (meaning doing 1:1 likeness to real people face, references are fine)
Anything hateful or bigoted

✤ Busts are only to shoulder/collar and don't include hands or complicated poses. This is a change I have made recently because people come with ideas that are really in the half body tier.
